A representation from Dr. K.K. Aggarwal, member, Delhi Medical Council, forwarding Advertisements published by Dr.(Col.) Manjinder Singh Sandhu, Medical Director & Director Cardiology, Artemis Hospitals in Ist Edition of Hindustan Doctor’s Yellow Pages 2013, in violation of Regulation 6.1.1. of Indian of Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics), Regulations, 2002, was examined by Delhi Medical Council.
The Delhi Medical Council held that the advertisement published Dr.(Col.) Manjinder Singh Sandhu, Medical Director & Director Cardiology, Artemis Hospitals was in violation of Regulations 6.1.1 & 6.1.2 of Indian Medical Council (Professional Conduct, Etiquette and Ethics), Regulations, 2002, however, since, Dr. (Col.) Manjinder Singh Sandhu, Medical Director & Director Cardiology, Artemis Hospitals has requested the Hindustan business directory to remove the same; he is advised to be careful in future and refrain from indulging in such activities.
