After long deliberations, the followings were resolved:
• Database of IMA CGP & IMA AMS to be revalidated by the end of June, 2016
• As per CWC Resolution passed minimum numbers required to make chapter/ faculty/ sub chapter/ sub faculty efforts should be made to make more and more chapters
• IMA AKNSI should immediately send letters of appointment to all the advisors and the first Advisory Board meeting should be held within 4 weeks.
• IMA AKN Sinha Council meeting should be held in every 3 months with participation of members of each Wing as per the constitution.
• Both, IMA CGP & IMA AMS to update their ‘Fellows’ list along with their email Ids and Mobile Numbers.
• All IMA AKN Sinha Institute courses should be revalidated. The course Fee for Faculty of a new course will be Rs. 75,000/- and Rs. 50,000/- for revalidation.
• IMA NPPS, Health Scheme to be promoted by all Wings.
• It was resolved that all office bearers should be a member of all IMA Schemes. Necessary amendment may be passed in the next CWC.
• Space should be reserved in e-JIMA for each Scheme.
• Every Wing to be linked to IMA Website.
• Sufficient discussion time should be given to all Wings in IMA Statutory Meetings.
• Proper SOP’s should be made for a hand over from one team to the team.
• One Joint Secretary from IMA HQs should be appointed for coordination of all Wings.
• All Diploma, Degree & PG Courses run by various Wings to be immediately renamed as Certificate Course/Fellowship Courses.
o IMA to have a Credential Committee with National President on the Chair along with HSG, HFS, Immediate Past National President, President-Elect and 3 more nominated Past National Presidents; Dean & Hony. Secretary IMA CGP, Chairman & Hony. Secretary IMA AMS and Director and Hony. Executive Secretary, IMA AKNSI.
• This Committee will approve on submission by the wings SOPs, award credit hours (print or online), appoint emeritus Professors of IMA and approve fee and curriculum of various courses run by the wings.
• All contents, curriculum, syllabus & suggested fee of all the courses, once submitted will be clear by the Credential Committee within 3 months.
• Emeritus Professors should be people of eminence with distinctions in educational, professional, academic and research with eligibility criteria as decided by the Credential Committee.
